Partnerships
Ground, capital and know-how, aligned.
Frontier projects succeed when the people who hold the ground, the people who fund it and the people who build it want the same outcome. We structure every partnership around that alignment, in writing, from day one.
Who we work with
Four kinds of partner.
| Partner | What they bring | What Aremis brings | Typical structures |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licence holders | Ground, local knowledge, history of the site | Technical programme, development capability, route to production | Joint venture, earn-in, acquisition |
| Governments and state companies | The mining framework, State participation | Investment, local employment and skills, transparent reporting | Mining conventions, State participation as provided by law |
| Investors | Long-term capital | A staged plan with defined gates and independent technical reporting | Equity and project-level financing |
| Technical partners | Drilling, laboratories, engineering, equipment, technology | A pipeline of work and long-term relationships | Service and technology agreements |
Independent by design
Independent eyes on every number.
Every resource we report is estimated or reviewed, and signed, by an independent Competent Person. Every sample is assayed by an accredited laboratory, under certified standards. Every ounce we produce is certified by the refinery. Independent review is a rule, not a cost.
